Companies spend a lot of money on IT, yet their businesses still don't run as effectively as they should. For the IT leaders at these companies, the problem is unclear, causing much frustration. Tage, founder of TKS, needed a clear presentation of how his process helps businesses uncover real problems, aligns technology with their goals, and delivers real value.
Through workshops (Tage called workshop therapy sessions), we created a clear outline that defines who TKS Consultancy is and what problem it seeks to solve for its customers. We then created an outline of the customer profile, which was used as a framework for the messaging on the website and marketing collateral. The brand identity was designed to reflect professionalism without feeling stiff or too corporate. As a people-centered agency, we also wanted to convey a personable and collaborative image.
The final result was a polished yet approachable logomark that reflected the personal experience of working with Tage. And a color palette that balances energy, warmth, and calm confidence he brings to guiding businesses through change.
